The objective of UTKARSH (3 year) programme by RACE IAS is to make the talented youth focused on success from the beginning of the career (Right after 10+2). So that they can achieve success in time without any distraction. In this course we need youth, who are serious and determined for the preparation of the examination from the starting of their career. For this, we ensure the admission of students by testing their aptitude through an entrance examination. This examination provides a platform for economically weaker and talented students of rural background to prepare for the Civil Services Examination through the Scholarship Programme. Along with this, it enhances their self-confidence, by which they are motivated and become firmly determined for the Civil Services Examination.

📝Registration

📍 Offline Registration :

Paper Application Mode Fill in your complete details in the paper application form and submit it to the nearest RACE IAS Centre, You will have to collect your Scholarship Test hall ticket from RACE IAS Centre. Candidate has to bring 2 recent photographs, 1 photocopy of Aadhar Card, 1 photocopy of 10th mark-sheet at time of registration.

• Download RACE IAS mobile app from Playstore
• Go to "Store" Tab or Click the Banner showing on Home Page
• Find "All India Scholarship cum Admission Test"
• 💳 Pay Registration Fee (Rs. 50/-) (You can pay online through any bank Debit/Credit Card/ UPI/Wallet by clicking on Buy Now button).
• After Fee Submission you will get an application form, fill in your complete details and attach a scanned copy.

📔 Scheme of Scholarship Test:

* Total 100 Multiple Choice Questions

* 2 Marks For Every Right Answer

* 0.66 Marks will be deducted for every wrong answer No penalty will be imposed if a question is unattempted.

Time Limit : 2 hr.

Max Marks : 200
